Nice affordable property in Luang Prabang with good breakfast included. Location is good with night market and sights are within short walking distance. Management is friendly. Everything was good.

Very kind staff and clean room, with good location (just a short walk from the center). Breakfast is sufficient, with a nice hot baguette and eggs. I would suggest to ask for a room upstairs, so you get your own balcony. AC and fridge are also a big plus! The owner Kone is very helpful with great English. -

The staff were somewhat nice. Nothing rude or very polite about the staff. Also good location and very good value. No shower curtain, no hand towels, and the bath towels were washed but already stained. The breakfast area in the garden only has 3 tables and the is no non-smoking area.

We had a very nice stay here in Luang Prabang! The room was very comfortable - clean room, soft pillows, and a nice balcony where you can enjoy a soft breeze in the evening or the cool air in the early morning. The room also comes with a closet, hairdryer, safe, fridge, and TV (though of these, we only used the closet). The location is also great! The main street is in 10-minute walking distance and the area is very quiet in the evenings. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, booking (and re-booking) our motorbike rental and train station pick-up. Unfortunately, the bicycles were not available to use because they did not have any locks. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, as we knew we would do a lot of walking and would want to ride around on the last days. I also had the flu at the end of our trip, so we thought it was quite handy to have free bikes - in the end, we had to pay a couple hundred kip for tuktuks to get around.

Excellent rooms and service. Staff behaviour and keenness when anything is requested is very pleasing. Found it a little overpriced.

The hotel is little away from historic center (800m), the benifit is very quite. The room is very clean and dry, basically the same as the pictures provided by the hotel. Breakfast is good enough considering the price. Next to the hotel is a small restaurant that offers local cuisine and is open all day. If needed, the hotel can provide laundry and bicycle rental services The AC is not cold enough for me, but I think its temperature is suitable for most people

The host is very attentive and lovely. She even helped me with arranging with the transportations to the waterfall + airport. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good (walking distance to supermarket and other attractions) Nothing

Everything super! Great hostess, great staff, thank you, keep up the good work! Convenient location, quiet balcony with table and chairs, big comfortable room inside, so clean, we had a couple of small requests which were addressed immediately by our experienced hostess (who speaks great English too, which is not easily found in Laos :-)
