The owners are super sweet, the breakfasts were just fine, they really want to take care of you here. They met every request, and more. The location is a 10 minute walk from the night market. That is really where the central hub of Luang Prabang is.

I really enjoyed my stay at Phailin Hotel and would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Giang, the hotel receptionist, for her exceptional hospitality. Ms. Giang, also the owner, was very friendly and took excellent care of us. She helped us book train tickets and arranged a spacious and comfortable room. The male receptionist was also kind and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. Right in front of the property, there is a small food stall offering Thai, Lao, and Chinese cuisine, and a grocery store is located just next door. The hotel also provides services such as motorbike and van rentals, as well as day tours. The night market is only a 5-minute motorbike ride away, making it a great base for exploring the area. If you’re traveling on a budget, I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location, and warm hospitality. Nothing

Good location, quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle! Hotel was really clean, got fresh towels everyday and we even got extra pillows! Comfortable stay,would recommend! The shower flooded on our first night, but the staff were kind enough to fix this problem for us! The drains did have a bit of a smell though, not their fault.
