Room is fully furnished. Mr Ha, the host, is very kind. Our flight was very late, we arrived at midnight and Mr Ha stayed up to help us with checking in and taking the luggage to the room. The next morning, he gave us a map with nearby attractions. So niceee Nothing

Amazing clean rooms! Staff is a Vietnamese Family that are so nice and helpful. AC works Amazing. Great location in Luang Prabang. Delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing in particular, I had a great time staying here.

I had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the Blue Line Metro and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Plus, it’s only a slightly longer walk to get into the middle of the big, beautiful Benchakitti Park. Highly recommended!

Great location and clean rooms! The big balcony is also a plus. Nothing.

Good location, good breakfast included, owner very helpful, laundry service available, excursion booking available, room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor downside is the neighbor dog occasionally barking in the middle of the night.

- very friendly manager and staff. always smiling, helpful and attentive. allowed me to store my luggage after checking out and even gave me water and orang juice for free while I was waiting for airport pick up. nice welcome drink and snacks. - great location, very close to night market, minimart, and eating places. - clean comfortable room with daily housekeeping. - reasonably priced airport transportation. - room has some mosquitoes but you can always ask for mosquito spray to receptionist. - hotel has three dogs and sometime they make some noises in midnight which may interrupt your sleep. - wifi is somehow poorly connected and the signal is unreliable. - small extra charge for card payment.

Nothing. Dingy room up a steep flight of stairs. No hot water. We booked 5 nights, stayed one and walked up the road to another hotel. Paid for the 5 nights and forfeited 4 nights payment to get a better hotel. This hotel could classed at best a backpackers hotel.

Our bathroom had a definite sewer odor, likely because we were on the ground floor. The bathroom was very clean, the odor was probably coming up from the pipes. We'd book again but request a room on the second floor.

Excellent hotel for a week in Luang prabang. Superb breakfast. Comfy room. Great location. The staff was amazing. Especially Ha (I'm sure I'm spelling that wrong), who took care of everything. Such a welcoming, warm place. The highest rating, for sure.

Even as we were waiting for the taxi to pick us up after check out he cut us some fresh fruit and water bottles. The bedroom and bathroom were big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good. The balcony was nice. Sheets were clean. The tap in the bathroom was a bit small which made it uncomfortable to wash hands, and the shower is shaped in a way that let's water flow quite freely so it can get a bit slippery.

Mr Ha was the best and the rest of the team. Very clean room. Nice breakfast

For the price I was paying I was really impressed. Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and clean, good working aircon and wifi. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting. The bathroom was fine, a little small. An adequate breakfast, much like the breakfast I would have at home - fruit, toast and eggs with tea. The dining area with tables allowed for good interaction amongst the guests, a friendly atmosphere. The host was very helpful. I was there in July, it was hot and wet and there had been some flooding. He advised me not to go on any tours as it would be muddy and the waterfalls would be brown. I appreciated the honest advice. All good.

Amazing host, helped us with train tickets and a motorbike. While we waited for the train at the end he brought us juice, coffee, and fruit. Could not say more great things about our stay. Breakfast was great and the host showed us all the great places and to do’s in town. Room and balcony was great as well and there were even puppies next door. Overall 10/10 stay and could not be happier!

Location is great. Room as advertised

The receptionist did an excellent job explaining the surrounding area. He showed me a map, identified points of interests, and answered my questions. Service was above and beyond; he offered me a welcome drink and provided a poncho when I left during a rainstorm. Everything was as expected.

All good 10/10. Booked room with balcony.. Received as promised. Big room, spotless, clean. Bathroom had hot water, good shower with shampoo and shower gel. Good wifi. Booked with breakfast. Good choice and comes with drink and fruit. Safe, secure and quiet. Staff excellent . Cleaned room and provided fresh towerl every day. Would recommend.
