Friendly staff and good location, every day new towels and water bottles Some items of our laundry came back with new stains. Owner gave compensation when we complained and apologized, but clothes are ruined now. Beds are not comfy and water was not always hot.

The staff provided great service. The WiFi signal is very poor and it was almost impossible to do anything online such as applying for an e-visa, editing photos or conducting phone calls over WhatsApp or video calls on FaceTime.

Location, friendly staff (but noisy girls), wifi and basic decent breakfast a la carte. Dirty bathroom full of mould, creacking doors and windows, poor cleanliness and erratic cleaning service. The balcony is the smoking place so it is annoying to sit and relax. Some noisy guests. There are many better options nearby for better value of money. The property is marked with different name from outside.

Very nice guesthouse close to the Mekong river and in short walk distance to the center of Luang Prabang. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast to select from a menu! The room is a bit small but sufficient for a short stay, rooms on the edge of the guesthouse have a beautiful view over the roofs of other guesthouses, the temples and the moon! Bathroom a bit old, I guess difficult to renovate and keep the traditional style guesthouse. As very centric the guesthouse can be very busy at times.

A nice stay, well located.

The location is really close to the night market. The woman who runs it is very welcoming and accommodating, I would often get up late for breakfast and she would make it for me anyways. It has a family feel. The rooms are really good value for the money and they usually give you the nicest option they have available instead of whatever you booked. Would recommend for anyone looking for a simple, cheap, and private room with breakfast. They offer to clean your room daily which is good but the bathroom could use deeper clean.

Very close evreythink I come back Luang Prabang Rosie Place + Location is fantastic, quiet and relaxing as well as being conveniently placed to walk to all the attractions within town. Staff were friendly and made you feel ưep come upon arrival. Great banana pancakes. Rooms were very tidy and clean.

Breakfast was super delicious. We were able to choose from 9 different dishes. I loved pancakes. The room was cleaned every day. Central location

Good value for money. Great location (2minute walk from the night market). Check out was at 12pm, but staff continued to knock from 11am to see if we had left yet, despite reconfirming verbally that the check in time was 12pm.

Ideal location Price way too high compared to other options. We were in a much cheaper place before and did not notice any difference in facilities, breakfast and in general the accomodation. Great place to explore the city! The location is perfect. The room is spacious enough and clean and the bathroom is quite clean. AC works very well. The room even has a hair dryer and a kettle. The free breakfast is amazing, you can choose from a few options (including a drink like juice) plus a plate of delicious fruit. There is also free coffee/tea and water all day long. The staff is wonderful and the lady who runs this place helps you with everything you need from laundry to transport. I recommend this place 100%!
