Great location, friendly staffs, complimentary bottle of water, the ample breakfast , lobby with a bar, comfortable and clean, with paid guest parking (€5/ N) We stayed in a standard room, no closet, no water kettle or complimentary coffee or tea

This is a very nice and comfy business hotel, but cute and cozy enough for a pleasure stay as well! The hotel is a bit far from Munster center, but I was attending a concert at Skater's palace which is walking distance from this hotel. THere si a bus stop just across the street (#8 Bus) which takes you directly to the Altstadt (old town). The value is really good considering how big and comfortable the rooms are. The common spaces are very cozy and beautiful as well. The staff at the desk/bar were very nice and helpful. I'd certainly return if seeing show at one of the nearby venues. Nothing!

Good location to visit the city, walkable distance. Great breakfast, enough choice and great bread. They use waterproof sheets on the matrasses. That way I wasn't able to lose my warmth. That was annoying. And the sheet crunches, which can wake you up when you turn.

Relatively modern hotel. You can walk to the city center, but it is at least 20 minutes. Good bed. Nice coffeemachine on the room. No airconditioning and, according to my personal expectation, that didn't match the price the hotel charged for the night. Sleeping with window open was not very comfortable because people were discussing outside the entrance of the hotel till late in the night, and noise in the hallway also comes into the room during the night. My booking was without breakfast because the hotel did not offer the combination "cancel until" & "breakfast included"- they charge 22 euros for a breakfast which made the stay expensive.
