Nothing really, I knew what I was signing for. It's not a luxury hotel, everyone knows that. But it got me what I needed - shelter, bed and option to stay indoors while it poured rain.

Good location, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was decent (although no hot food apart from eggs). Hands down the ugliest hotel room I’ve ever been in. The sort of rubber floor, bright yellow and pink colors… the whole thing felt like a children’s prison cell… or some Nickelodeon themed hotel. And the hallways are unnerving with black walls and a trippy floor padding. I cannot believe someone actually designed this and for their bosses’ approval and it got built. “Why did you book then?” It was all we could find in Münster for this weekend. And it worked fine but wow…

Excellent location, small and sober room, but more than adequate. Breakfast was a delighter. We didn't feel that the beds were made. We found a hair band between the sheets. You can smell cigarets.

The hotel is conveniently located by the train station and not far from the city center. The Breakfast is good, the bed was decent but pillow was not comfortable. Shower was nice. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was too cold and there was not a proper area to work with a laptop. The decoration, for example the carpet in common areas, had a visually upsetting desing which does not help to feel relaxed.

Conveniently located at the train station and easy to find. The rooms are a bit 'trendy' looking and mostly white but with some bright colors. The rooms are quite small but not cramped. Overall everything is fine and clean. The breakfast is also pretty good for the price. There is nothing fancy, but all ok. Better than other breakfasts from hotels in the same price range. The hotel still has no potable water so to drink and brush teeth you have to get bottles from the reception. This was the case already 7 months ago and continues to be the case. It is considered 'safe' to shower, but it still might make travelers nervous and it is always annoying to have to use bottled water for everything.

Impeccably clean rooms. Excellent smart TV with ChromeCast support. Central location, practically within the train station terminal. The room and hotel design are the antithesis of cozy, based on sharp diagonal lines and stressful bright yellows. The interiors are sparse and inhospitable, even lacking space for suitcases. It felt like a hospital room or, at best, a "capsule hotel" experience in bedroom size. The floor is industrial in appearance and feel.
