Centrally situated. Parking garage across the street. Walking distance to "the old city" Dark dive bar about 100 meters away. Plenty of towels. Friendly and competent staff. No complaints

The room was way larger than I am used to nowadays. For a single room, it was really spacious; very nice to spend some time there to relax in the afternoon. The bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly. The location is close to the city center, I walked some days; directly at the train station, one can also rent a bike, and I did that, too. There is also a medium-sized grocery store, which has long opening hours. The shower had mould at the lower edges of the shower doors. There was loud noise on the street in the early morning - I was on the third floor, so it was okay, I could sleep, but I still heard it (one night, I used earplugs - but I am sensitive). (But this might be restricted to April/May.) People should be aware, that in the street you'll see (young) homeless people spending the later mornings and early afternoons. In the area around the train-station it is likely that you will be approached by people begging.

I liked the breakfast which had a great variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and is close to the main train station. The room was modern and spacious The late check-in was a disaster. The reception isn't open in the evening and the late check in procedure is very strange. When I arrived I had to call them to get to know my room number and the keys were in the door. I could barely hear what the person on the line was saying because of low audio quality. The information message about the late check in is not very clear and is difficult to understand. Instead of writing that the keys are behind some cleaning label you could just write that the keys are in the door. Also, it would be better if you sent the room number with clear check in instructions in advance via booking.com chat. There is also a lot of confusion with the room number because you say that it's 2.2 with a dot in the middle, but on the door it's written 22 (twenty two), there's no dot in the middle. Twenty two and two point two are two different things, you shouldn't confuse it. It seemed that even the person at the late check-in didn't know the room numbers and had to consult someone else about it

The street in front of hotel quite dirty and rubbish everywhere.

Very clean rooms, great breakfast and super nice receptionist!

It was fine, nothing special but it served it’s purpose. Room was clean, a bit outdated but since I was only there to sleep this didn’t matter. Good value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was expansive also for any dietary requirements. Location looking at distance from the train station, city centre and city harbour was good, all within walking distance. The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy, nothing strange happened, but as a female travelling alone I did not always feel very comfortable. Besides this, there was a lot of noise coming from the street and since the windows do not block out a lot of noise, definitely take your earplugs if you want to sleep.

Outside was too noisy in the midle of the night.

Location. Close by the station was allright, neighbour premise however is a mosque. Street is crowded by homeless people and refugees,

The facilities were fine and the room was clean. Perfectly fine for a short stay in Münster. Ideal location, next to the train station and on the edge of the old city center. Although the location is ideal on paper the street attracts some sketchy people in the evenings and early mornings.

Location Firstly, we encountered a significant issue with cleanliness. We found two centipedes in our room, which was quite unsettling. Secondly, there were some unusual stains on the sofas, which further detracted from our comfort during our stay. Given these concerns, we feel that the room did not meet the expected standards. We kindly request that you consider some form of compensation for the inconvenience we’ve experienced. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

Everything needed was there, good breakfast, could even get oat milk! And nothing beats the location! They also stored our luggage next day.
