breakfast is not good. transportation is poor. cleanness is so so. staff is not too friendly can't believe an ashtray is found in the toilet. services, cleanliness breakfast transportation price is not fair at all no gym is unacceptable not a good deal

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel!! It’s perfect for young people, and families with kids too. There is even a cinema there! Lots of Korean couples book it, and they know quality things! N/A

Nice newest hotel in outer Cotai area. It's quiet and not so crowded. The hotel is in a small mall with few shops and eateries. There are shuttle services to Wynn Casino and airport. A 15 min walk to main Cotai area. Next door is the Grand Lisboa Hotel.where the newest Yaohan Mall is located. Overall a nice value for money hotel. The buffet breakfast at the Stanley's Cafe is limited and unpalatable. My suggestion is that they give a simple set menu option with better quality food. We had dinner and the alacarte menu was good.

Room was very spacious, and clean. They provided some coupons for food, which was great. 1. Checking in and reception was confusing, and the receptionist was not very helpful. They spoke very minimal English so that didn't help either. 2. We booked 2 rooms, and the AC in my parents room (1113) broke. They came to fix it in the middle of the night and my parents didn't sleep till 4am. 3. Breakfast was disappointing, and no fruit 4. Location is by the convention center, you'll need a taxi which is very difficult to come by

Nice breakfast buffet with some choices of food items and quite good taste. Sufficient food and clean hygiene for dining. Just the location of hotel is not so convenient.

1. Cleanliness, so much hair remains on the carpet. 2. Toiletries, not enough supply of personal care products, even we asked for more toiletries, only shampoo received but no shower gel.

hardly any spa ambience given the brand name which has raised my expectation. location is quite remote even though it is grouped with other new hotels of the same group. Very disappointed to find it is a one floor only establishment with nothing special to offer except the bathroom skin care samples! none of the facilities I looked forward to such as a spa with facial and massage service or at least a French cafe offering special French desserts, not even a croissant can be seen in the entire F & B offerings

it was a cheap room. the entry slip you receive from immigration is needed to check into hotel. this is not stated ANYWHERE. I threw mine away because I didn't realise you needed to keep this small insignificant slip. The staff refused to check me in. Even to check in and then show them the slip later (as I needed to go to police station to get a new one).... The swimming pool is cold water only. Hotel location is quite far from the main strip.

New Hotel, Location is okay, Clean and Good Value for your money They should employ more staff to accommodate the Guest. In short understaff. they need to provide frequent bus service. It takes time to get a taxi.
