I love the fact that the place is very detailed at high class. The staff took good care of my wife knowing that she might have burned her finger. In the next morning, they would even ask how her hand. Outside of the fact that they do not have shuttle bus to major tourist area, or to the ferry or airport. Otherwise, the place is all right.

Located near to bus station. near to main centers. Rooms are good. but al; facilities good. All other facilities up to mark. Fast checkin. they provided space to store bags before checkin time. Bath tub is little small. Concierge services can be improved.

Wonderful hotel with nice luxury decor and a lot of space inside. There are plenty of restaurant and entertainment options both inside the property and right outside. It’s conveniently located right next to Fisherman’s Wharf and the Sands Casino. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet served every morning was also very good. The only notable negative I experienced was that there was only one ATM on the entire property, and it wasn’t working on my last night there. Can confirm it wasn’t working because some locals tried it after me with no success. The only convenience store on site was cash-only, so I couldn’t buy late-night snacks and drinks. The staff suggested walking over to the Sands Casino to use their ATMs, but those only dispensed 1,000 HKD bills — far more than I needed for snacks. They could really use another working ATM on the property.

I upgrade from standard room to suite room with ocean view. My family and I were very happy with it. The room is fantastic nice with two bed rooms, living room in the mddile and 3 restrooms. The sticky carpet due to flash cleaning and chinese government monitor my internet. I had to install VNP to my phone and laptop.

Massive, classy, and beautiful hotel; it feels like something out of a movie. Our room was amazingly spacious and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The location is excellent; you're a 15-min walk from the ferry (or a quick shuttle to the Sands across the road). Three museums are within walking distance, plus plenty of local restaurants. We even walked to Senado Square in about 30 mins, though there’s a bus stop right outside. Since ride-sharing apps don't work here, having taxis usually waiting at the front door was a huge plus. There are occasionally gaps where no taxis are waiting outside, and the local hailing app can be a drag to use. If you’re stuck, you'll have to wait or take the bus. However, you can always hop across the street to the Sands for their free shuttle terminal to reach other major hotels across Macau.

Very clean, well-organized, and the pool area was wonderful A bit out of the way from some of the other sites and points of interest. That said, very accessible by bus.
