Big room and comfortable Too big hotel between a mall and casino. Too noisy due to works at upper floor. Not reasonable compensation

Incredibly crowded. However it's also big so the crowd is not really an issue. The shuttle bus service is difficult to spot when you arrive at the ferry terminal, would be great to place a sign.

Good location, good staff The no-smoking room, had a bad smoking smell probably coming form the AC.

Convenient to every where, the resort was cleaned, staffs were nice. Recommend for visitors to stay when visiting the city of Macau. Direction inside the resort is some what confuses and hard to follow.

Difficult to get to Macau side. Too many people to enjoy the property.

Room was great, however, view was little average. We expected higher floor, but it seems because of renovation work we were moved to middle floor. Noise was their but it wasn't that bad. Amenities were great apart from food options. Every shop inside hotel provided same type of food, even though taste was good but for sure got little bore of it. All the hotel staff we interacted were nice and helpful. Even with Language barrier they put all the effort to explain and guide. Love the hospitality. Monotonous Food options and Spa not being included was a downer for me. Hotel facility is too big, some more signage will be really helpful.

Although its 1 King bed room the sofa can be turned into a bed A minor issue was with housekeeping, as they left one cup noodle package behind after cleaning, which we found a bit strange. The fridge in the room was also slightly tilting. These were small points, but worth noting.

Location was good and it was nice Nothing really … it and the entire area seemed a bit rundown compared to our expectations, although the weather was rather gloomy too.

Very fun in its design! I don’t gamble so the quickest way through being the casino was a little inconvenient. Would also be great if there were more places to sit down besides the food court.

The bathroom and toilet have stinky cigarettes smell, maybe other guests are smoking in their room and the smell came to our room through ventilator. (Our room is non-smoking room). Too crowded and loud, cannot really feel relaxing. And there were very loud noises from construction during the day, so we cannot rest whenever we feel like.

Location was fantastic . Room was above our expectations . It was massive and one of the best . Food was too good . Service of staff was fantastic . Nothing to dislike . Everything was great !

When you book the room, it says that two-way airport shuttle service is included. Please note that it is not the private transfer from the airport but just the shuttle bus that they use, which was not reflected in the booking. After I wrote them a private message hotel informed me about that and apologized by offering me to upgrade the room, however upon my arrival at the reception around 3:30 pm which is already the time of the check-in, they could not provide me with the room and asked to wait for additional 20-30 minutes, which was totally unacceptable. I addressed it to the reception and after the round of discussions and calling the manager, hotel finally managed to provide me with the room. I do not recommend this hotel.

0 soundproofing, which ruined our stay. You could hear everything in the room - the sounds in the hallway, the old pipeline system etc. Moreover, we were given a connecting room, despite priorily requesting the opposite. We could hear everything our neighbours did (and very likely viceversa) - luckily, our neighbours were a family with kids (cannot imagine hould would have been if we had loud neighbours coming in the room late at night, possibly even drunk from the casino).
