Everything was wonderful! Amazing staff! The bed needs to be changed out and the pillows need to be changed as well. The bed felt like it was on an angle like I was going to roll off the edge. Have one soft and one firm pillow.

I asked for a double room with breakfast included and received a king size bed with no breakfast for the same price. Had to go early in the morning with no food. I don't know who messed up as on the reservation sheet it was double bed.

Recently renovated room was so nice. Best room we experienced on our ten-day UK trip. Night dining and breakfast were solid as well. Nothing.

This is one of the most comfortable and nice hotels I have stayed in. For the price I would highly recommend a stay here. Everything was in working order, clean and well-maintained. And the people working here were extremely helpful. This is the place to stay.
