The property is located in Maceio beach, Jatiuna area. The beach there was nice. I had breakfast on the first day of stay and I got a stomach infection. It prevented me from enjoying my vacation. After I complained at the front desk on the same day, instead of taking accountability, management rushed to send me an email that they would not refund any stay, which I did not even ask for. I ended up having breakfast elsewhere including the hotel nearby “Lagoa da Anta”, which was much nicer and hygienic than this hotel. DO NOT stay at this hotel because you will get sick!!!

Very modern, clean, great facilities and super nice staff. Nothing about the hotel per se, but the beach in front is deadly as I have learned nearly the hard way, only to find out from taxi drivers that all the other hotels in that area tell their guests not to swim on that beach as many people died in the past. Other establishments warn their guests in the check-in summary, but unfortunately, not Agua de Coco.

Location Small, uncomfortable, terrible service, the towels were from 5 years ago. The didn’t restock toilet paper when they cleaned the room.

The hotel has many rules, such as charging for the towel so we could cross the road and go swimming in the ocean. They don't charge if you swim in the hotel swimming pool. If you take anything from the breakfast buffet they will charge you.

The room was nice and clean. The stuff don’t speak english at all but I tried google translate. Breakfast is good. The bathroom and shower kept clogging.

I loved my stay at this hotel. My husband and I enjoyed the beaches and everything good in this hotel! Breakfast wonderful , excellent employees ! Nothing to declare ! everything excellent!!!

Breakfast was good Far from everything, nothing interesting around it. Rooftop pool is not as nice as in the pictures and not as clean. Quite small. No sun umbrellas on the rooftop, chairs and "pool beds" are quite uncomfortable.

clean full of fake plants , I had to ask to put blinds in my room because was to bright to sleep and there was a light outside on all night
