Estacionamento é pago a parte, por mais que seja particular o hotel poderia ter alguma parceria para os hóspedes. Hidromassagem não é para adultos, lá ficam várias crianças brincando e pulando nela como se fosse uma piscina.

Faltou varal portatil/retratil para estender as roupas no quarto

Muito bem localizado. Quartos limpos. Boas opções de diversão com crianças. Piscina ampla. Colchões confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente, a tapioca feita na hora é muito boa. A janta poderia ser um pouco mais elaborada pelo preço cobrado.

The hotel employees and the facilities Sara was super friendly and helpful as well as Leticia. Rodrigo was super friendly and funny with kids.

We received an upgrade at the arrival to the "Des Arts" Suite, a magnificent room with ocean view and a lot of amenities/features that we almost stayed there all day long. The staff was friendly and very attended. The breakfast was the best Ive ever had, with healthy and delicious food. This will be my official hotel in Maceio. 10/10. Didn't experience anything that should be improved.

Very nice facilities, very spacious room. Pools are very nice, food is delicious. We did the full pension and was well worthy it. Very friendly and accommodating staff. DJ at the pool starting at 10 am until 3 pm. Music was too loud without a break. I thought this was unnecessary specially given the majority of people at hotel were families with little kids.

This hotel has everything we wanted and more. We only stayed 3 nights but I would totally spend a full week there. The staff was excellent, always smiling and making sure we had what we need. Special recognition to the Guess Relations Team for their constant communication pre, during and post stay, their nice welcoming in the room with balloons, a delicious cake, a handwritten message and pictures of our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Kimberly at the front desk was super attentive and knowledgable. Luciano took care of our big and numerous luggage at check out with patience and care and there was a girl checking in for breakfast and serving in the pool area that was amazing too but sadly, I don't remember her name. The facilities at the property are perfect, gym, a couple kids areas, a big pool with Jacuzzi, bar, music. Breakfast and dinner included in the room rate had excellent quality and variety. Clean rooms with great temperature and lights control, big bathroom and shower with a nice water pressure. Tennis and beach volleyball courts, a mini golf area for kids... Overall I left very impressed and happy. I will definitely stay again if I return to Maceio. The beach that is in front of the hotel was not the best. We heard this from several people before our stay and were able to validate it once there. Big waves and crazy ocean currents ( I am not sure if this changes throughout the year though). There was nobody even outside the water but there was a nice walking path with people moving around that seems a good way to reach a more calm and nice beach area. If the beach quality is not a deal breaker for you, this hotel is perfect and had a lot of other options to spend the days and they offer access to a nice beach club with transportation but I don't recall if it is free or for a reduce cost because we did not have chance to go.

Location was okay. The hotel is extremely outdated and needs renovation. We were given a room that had a lot of noise overnight, which meant we could not sleep at all - they changed the room the day after when we told them but from their reaction I could tell they knew that room had this issue. The breakfast has variety but it’s quite low quality compared to other places we’ve seen in Brasil. Overall, it just felt like it was absolutely not worth the price

Nothing in particular Facilities are quite old, need absolute renovation and are not a fit for a 5* expectation. Location is not the best. Breakfast quite limited, even charged for Expresso.
