Jatiúca Suítes Resort by Slaviero Hotéis

Toilet was clogged, mini fridge was dirty inside, barely any dishes in the kitchen, no coffee pot but there were coffee mugs, no bar soap even in the sink to wash hands, hand towel was stained. Clean towels, clean mini fridge, toilet unclogged, and kitchen had some basic appliances such as coffee pot since breakfast is not included.

Our stay at Jatiúca Suites Resort by Slaviero Hotéis was fantastic! The location is excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The resort facilities were perfect and met all our expectations. We felt very safe both at the resort and in the surrounding areas. There's a grocery store within walking distance, making it easy to pick up any extra items we needed. Additionally, taxis were readily available, which made getting around convenient. The only complaints I have is that our ocean-view room faced the street, making it quite noisy at night, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the sound of the waves. The room could use some updates; the bathroom was small, and the water took a long time to get warm. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Location good, restaurants good. all was correct

I have booked this hotel thinking I was booking the Jatiuca hotel. That happened because there are 2 Hotels with the same name, unfortunately I have booked the suites and not the hotel.

Loved the location and value. The use of the resort facilities made it a great stay. There is construction going on but it didn’t interrupt our rest or cause too much of an inconvenience.

the pool actually two pools amazing and very big there was no hot water in the shower

Very good breakfast and easy flux The gym needs improvments. The room has leakage on the wall, the balcony's locker was cracked and the door was not closing. The matresses were crooked

The food was outstanding. Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The grounds were well maintained We enjoyed everything that was offered.

If you stay in the suites, you have access to the facilities in the Jatiuca Resort which are very nice. The Jatiuca Beach next to the hotel is very nice and not crowded as Ponta Verde and Pajucara The actual suites are very old. We were in a room facing the street so it was quite noisy. There were some construction repairs in the building so you could see the unfinished work. The wifi in our room didn't work properly. Finally, we need to use the Doctor's service in the resort for an emergency. After the service, we needed the doctor's report for the travel insurance and they refuse to give to us. The whole situation was very confusing.

Great Location and external areas (pools). All areas enough clean. Very good service. Breakfast with good and tasty alternatives. Room had good size, comfortable and with sea view Room was a little outdated and simple. Not a big deal, but could be improved
