The apartment is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. There were more stuff than advertised (there was a small kitchen). There is a beach nearby, although not very good for swimming. It seems to have good facilities, although the pool was not filled up. If you are looking for more touristic attractions, such as beaches to swim and good restaurants, you might need to walk more than 40 minutes. It is not a problem if you have a car.
