Best Western Inn & Suites of Macon

Good location, had a Walmart near and plenty food choices around it .

Room was moldy smelling and a roach was in the kitchen while eating breakfast

Overall, it was a good stop on our road trip for the price. The clerk who greeted us just appeared to be bored to death and a “I don’t care” attitude. (Maybe she did care, but it wasn’t apparent…). The room was conveniently located near the parking. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it had a funny smell to it, as if someone prior to us smoked a Swisher Sweet cigarette in the room. The room was mostly clean, other than the funky smell, and the floors made our bare feet black. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. The bath mat for the shower was frayed, but the towels were fine. There was a missing towel bar in the vanity area. One lamp shade was ripped. Breakfast was good. Good eggs and sausage.

Cockroaches, no wash clothes, toilet paper half used

Nothing BED BUGS!!!!! We stayed for less than 5 minutes after inspecting the bed in the disgusting cigarette smoke scented room

Nice clean room. Pool and hot tub were both cold. Breakfast was uneditable.

La habitación olía mal, había una cucaracha en la bañera, la habitación era para 4 personas y solo nos pusieron 2 toallas, la propiedad necesita reparación. El desayuno no estaba bueno, los bagels estaban como viejos.

The hot tube was cold and had so much chemical could not enjoy swimming.

This is my 3rd visit to macon georgia and Ms. Teresa and her staff is always friendly and inviting this will be my home away from the rooms be perfectly clean breakfast is excellent thank you so much for your hospitality see again soon

Hot tub was colder than the pool. No towels in the pool area. No mention of the hot tub not working when we checked in. Otherwise clean room and very friendly morning breakfast staff.
