HAD ONE ISSUE THERE WAS ONE ROACH I HAD TO KILL SEE PIC BELOW BESIDES THAT MY STAY WAS ON HIGH ALERT THANKS

I would recommend this establishment when traveling midpoint to Florida from Illinois.

It was clean, and the staff members were friendly There was an unpleasant smell throughout the building. Like a sewer problem, maybe.

The rooms were so filthy and smelly that it was unacceptable. They were covered in hair, and the hotel staff tried to change them three times, but the hotel remained in a state of disarray.

It was big rooms, nice beds, staff was very nice. They didn't have but 1 room with a walk in shower. Make more rooms but only use for people like myself. The bathroom floors were slippery. The rug was a very thin towel. Not enough grab bars. Bathroom shower seat would have helped. Make rooms more for handicap people. Extra stuff people can request when they get there. Smoke free hotel but people smoked in the parking area. I use oxygen so it made it hard leaving.

We had to be moved to 3 different rooms. The first room was filled with mold all over the walls. The second had a terrible odor. Finally the third room smelled and looked very clean. So we stayed the night. The free breakfast was nice as were the cookies that evening.

It was clean. Friendly staff. The room was so humid, and smelled damp.

Clean. Well organized kitchen with hot and cold breakfast. Dated rooms but in good shape. Location ok for an overnight.

It was nothing I expected. It had 3 floors if you are looking for a place to sleep overnight this place is ok for that. I was looking for a place with a restaurant and a bar. I think Expedia Lied and said they had a restaurant which they didn’t, it’s a place for breakfast but no bar. The parking lot was full of trucks, the first floor outdoor area had guys smoking and drinking. I got the first floor right by the smokers truckers outside, front desk said they had nothing else available. My bathroom shower was moldy and super low. The front desk wasn’t super helpful. But it was mainly expedia’s fault. I tried canceling and they never responded. I did not feel safe on this place at all, as a single woman traveling with her dog. I don’t recommend it, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Expedia get your act together. No restaurant, no clean room, no friendly staff.

The breakfast was carb heavy but typical. Felt safe parking and in hotel. Floors in room showed boot marks. But bed was clean and comfortable.

Check-in was very easy because it was in my name. However, had my husband booked it in his name, I would have had a hard time. The ice maker worked. The shower seemed clean. The location is backed right up to a poor-looking motel. The room upon walking in was 80 degrees. I went on July 16-18, 2026 & the temperature was over 95 each day outside. Our room was miserable. The thermostat did go down to 71 it said, but it still felt closer to 76. One of the queen beds had 2 big rectangle size stains on the white cover up on top of the bed, very noticeable! I pulled that along with the thicker blanket under it all the way down to the end of the bed. Luckily my daughter and I travel with blankets and pillows anyway, so we slept under the sheet and our own blanket. The bathroom towels had black hair in several of them. The carpet inside the room & all thru the halls was so disgusting. Stains everywhere! The 2nd floor hall (where I stayed) -- the air vent at the top of the wall leaked down and wet a good size area of the carpet. The carpet in the hall looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while, & definitely hasn't been upgraded in a long time. The breakfast area was decent but the food looked straight out of a bag & probably was nothing but chemicals made to look like eggs. The eggs looked more like chunky mashed potatoes. Nothing looked edible so we drove over to Chick-fil-A. There was no bathroom vent to turn on, also super hot when we showered. The fridge and microwave were tucked into a box of some sort. Every time we tried to open the fridge, the whole fridge would move out. It kept our stuff cold but it was such a pain. We never went to the indoor pool simply because the entire place looked sketchy and dirty. The last morning, check out was at 11am. My door do not disturb sign had fallen off. At 9ish that morning there's a knock on the door. I open it to find a man seeing if we were already gone so he could clean the room. I had not checked out on my phone nor at the front desk, and it wasn't anywhere near 11am. I paid over $380 for a Thurs/Fri night! Way too much for a disgusting hotel.
