Very confusing staff. Chill was mean as a bulldog and lied about getting me my towels and Lenin when asked for room service! When I first came in he did not come to service desk until 30 minutes later after I scoped the upper and lower decks!! There were video cameras everywhere! No way to miss a customer with more than 3 dozen eyes looking at a quite facility! The only one I remembered that gave excellent customer service was from a lady named Niam!!

Psrking was great along with pet friendly status. Just wish more chairs to sit outside or if pool was open so we could sit outside to relax after a long drive.

The lady at the desk was very helpful she got us another chair and the next morning she brought out more breakfast food.

The people that ran the hotel were thief’s.

Need upgrade to rooms first room I went in had a terrible smell. The chair was stained all over the bathroom sink had cigarette burns all over horrible. Changed to another room. It was better just the sink had no cold water. And only 2 lamps worked. The pool wasn’t clean no pool chairs to sit down and then they wanna charge u $15 for guest to swim even though they not staying in room. Not ever again all kinds of furniture out in parking lot terrible

AC was very loud and room smelled like smoke

Location was good Pool was not completely full. The chairs around the pool were torn so badly that you could not sit in them. All types of old furniture in corridor.

The place has seen better days

We stayed one night. It wasn’t bad but I noticed some mold in the bathroom

There was a leak in the bathroom and there was mold on the wall . Was not very clean , would never stay there again.

The pool only has four chairs out and one of the chairs were broken.

The location There were gnats flying all around the room. I got moved to 3 different rooms and everyone had them. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t been reimbursed for my room.

We were given the wrong time for the breakfast. There were steps up to the second floor which were so buckled and worn that they were a real trip hazard. Elderly people like us get a little alarmed at that.
