Nice big room with sea view, the food was amazing, staff was excellent and the hotel overall was unbelivably nice All of the entertainment was in french so we couldn't understand anything
-
The food.

The view from the room was breathtaking, we reserved a room with view towards the sea, and were very pleasantry surprised. The food was good, the hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The private beach below the hotel is also clean and was pleasant to spend time there. There are no things that stand out that should be mentioned.

There is not one bad thing you can say about this hotel, that's it! We came to celebrate a birthday, and as a gift they upgraded our room to a large room with a private pool and a balcony and a sea view, crazy! The food at the hotel is very tasty and varied, there is plenty of food, the hotel has bars scattered around that serve food and drinks, 2 pools, one of which is quiet for adults only, a private beach for the hotel, the hotel staff is smiling, polite, professional, gives with all their heart and always wants to help. I will recommend this hotel and will definitely return to it again in the future.

The property was BEAUTIFUL! Had everything you could want and more! The pool water was very cold, but that was literally the only thing we could think of that somewhat bothered us.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of 5 Stars Starting from the first day, I encountered something completely unacceptable: in the minibar fridge of my room, there were a few bottles of water – one of which was filled with seawater. Whether this was a prank by previous guests or not, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure the room is properly checked and everything is safe and appropriate for new arrivals. This was a serious oversight and a very poor first impression. The food was consistently below the standard one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Often of very low quality and not fresh, it simply didn’t match the setting or the promises made. Even basic details, such as serving cold water at breakfast during the hot summer season, were overlooked – the water was always warm. As for the staff, my experience was mixed. The older staff members were often unpleasant and, at times, irrational in their approach. Thankfully, the younger team members showed more kindness and professionalism, which was appreciated. It’s truly a shame, because the hotel is in a beautiful location with great potential. Sadly, the poor service and lack of attention to detail ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. I found myself counting down the days until I could return home – just to enjoy a simple, good coffee. I’m not sure if this reflects the general standard in Greece, or if I was simply unlucky with this stay. But for a hotel that claims to be five-star, this experience was deeply disappointing.

Very good

In one word: amazing! The resort is positioned on the rocks and you can take a walk on stairs or on the alley until the beach. But it's a beautiful walk among palm trees and extraordinary landscapes. We had a room with sea view and Jacuzzi and we even saw the sunrise right from the bed. Very friendly staff and funny french animators.

I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff. A big big thank to Mrs Agapi Stamataki, the Supervisor who has made this journey so memorable. She has upgraded me and offered a room with a wonderful sea view. I want to thank Irina, the reception team, restaurant staff, the room cleaner and the whole Marmara team for their positive attitude and amability. Nothing, everything was wonderful.

Apartment with priv swimming pool! Wonderful sea view. Stairways

FOOD. Sour spoiled watermelons. Meat is of very low quality. Chicken is not grilled well enough by the cooks. A meager selection of fresh vegetables and salads. Very dirty in the areas where the food is. I was hungry and with a sick stomach all week.

We were upgraded for a better room with the private pool shared between 2 apartment. The 2-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable for family of 4. The view is excellent and very relaxed. The food was perfect with a big choice of everything and even desserts were nice (I usually don't like desserts at all). Mostly French speaking people come to the hotel so entertainment is mainly in French. The beach is small but very nice and without strong waves. In addition to all all inclusive drinks they give you 0.5L water bottle per person per day in the room plus a welcoming bottle of wine. - Coffee on the breakfast was not tasty but it was possible to drink it after in the beach and pools bars. - water in the coolers also not good enough - There is no surrounding teachable by walking but you can walk on the hills of the hotel itself (not easy, guys, but it's a good training ?). - There is no place to wash feet and swimming suites near the room as well

Perfect place to relax or for family to have fun. Facilities were great, absolutely amazing, relaxing vibe. It was perfect for a restorative vacation. Very friendly staff, helpful. Food buffet options were also great and varied from day to day. Hotel also provides tour options, organizes many things for you, making it very easy. The snacks around the pool bars and beach bar were always the same, some variety would have been nice, but generally they tasted good.

I liked the adult pool area and the fact that there was plenty of sunbeds. The view from the room, the pool and the restaurant was really nice! The á la carte restaurant was great and the food was delicious. The all inclusive drinks during the day was convenient and easy. The food in the main restaurant was very disappointing, almost same dishes every day the whole week, and not very delicious. The interior of the restaurant looked like a school canteen. Generally, the interior of the hotel was uninspiring and worn out. The "gym" didn't qualify as a gym at all, it had very few machines, half of them was broken, and the few free weights remaining was not matching.

Location and view - super. Food... Usually we can't eat in one place for more than 3 days, but in this hotel we enjoyed the meal for the whole week. My legs hurt after 2 days of stairs and hills on the hotel territory. But after 4 days I felt healthier and younger. Only French animators near swimming pool.

Horrible experience, Sold as 5 star hotel. Wouldn't give it 2. Rooms are great, beach amazing. None of the food was even remotely close to good. Nothing. Half cooked, dirty dishes and standing in the 30 degrees sun. Snack bars offers snacks that are either dry, uncooked or plain flavorless. This hotel is run by French groups that take over the 30 sunbeds. After staying in the Stella Palace before. This is not 5 star. Not even 1. Take your money to some place else!!!!!
