Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison by IHG

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Courteous Staff and extra clean rooms., and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

Plenty of parking spaces, really nice breakfast selections, there is a lot of fun shopping around and plenty of places to eat.

This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Having paid for my stay 8 months a head of time, check in was quick, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the free breakfast was delicious. Did not get the opportunity to try out the pool, but overall the stay was great.

Would not change my reservation date. Took my money.

Holiday Inn Express is very wonderful hotel! Excellent breakfast, comfortable bedding, good exercise facility with indoor swimming pool and Jacussi. Front desk is very friendly. Whole hotel is very clean and beautiful!In short, we like it very much!Dl

The room was a little on the small side but the amenities, especially the gym, was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, but small pool.

The staff was quite friendly, but the breakfast was pretty lame--even by hotel standards. The reason I'm knocking off stars is because they had no shuttle bus available from the airport. Apparently you have to book this 24 hours in advance. I would never have chosen this hotel, except for the shuttle from the airport. I ended up booking a $47 Uber and was quite displeased.
