The common areas are nicely laid out, staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe having a continental breakfast included with the room would be nice. I did run out each morning and bring back coffee and food. I have been staying here for a number of years and have never been disappointed.

We were very happy with the stay. Don’t recommend ordering for breakfast though. The lady working to breakfast bar was incredibly rude. Everything else was great.

Friendly and efficient check in , clean, quiet property. Heavy doors that made the closer safe and efficient. Room was immaculately clean. Food from the Bistro was tasty and comforting. My room was peacefully quiet.

Great Staff, Clean Room...Everyone was super helpful. The only thing is there is no shuttle to the airport, I specifically thought there was one since I booked it based on this criteria. Bummer but we just ubered. Would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable. My room smelled a bit musty - like the hvac system needs an over haul. And ripping out the carpet would be a good refresh. Room size was plentiful and WiFi worked well.

Great hotel as to be expected from Courtyard. Beautiful room and facility. Clean pool and hot tub. Stay here!

Television did not work and no one on staff to fix it or change room

Location easy to reach from interstate After a ling day of traveling we finally reached the hotel. After check in and getting into our room, the TV did not work. We called front desk, and the lady offered new remotes for the TV. The new remotes were not the issue. The TV still did not work. We then asked her if we could request a maintenance worker to come evaluate. She stated she was was only the worker on the property and is unable to leave the front desk. This seems like a big safety issue, doubt that was the case but she was not about to help out anymore. Having a non working tv, is not that big of a deal, we were tired but then requested a courtesy on price she declined. We actually paid an extra 100.00 for this room vs from one week prior on our trip. For spending 253.00 for a room with out a working tv, and no courtesy discount, and no empathy or willingness to try to resolve issue, we will definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time.

Disappointed that during our stay, the Bistro was closed both Saturday and Sunday evenings. We also had an issue with ants crawling around on the desk in our bedroom on the 4th floor. In addition, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper when we checked in, and it wasn’t replenished when the cleaning staff came on the second full day of our stay; so we had to get our own toilet paper and tissues from the front desk. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that doesn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room for the guests.

Place is clean and beds comfortable. However, the bathroom sink clogged and the blow dryer didn't work properly. Stayed just a night so didn't report until I left.

The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the staff allowing us to stay extra. We will return to this hotel.
