The lady was working at the looby she'sbeen so rude last sunday jun 28/26 with me after she had a big argument that everyone hear his strong and yell voice.

almost everything; poor breakfast; all white bread, no special food, very poor exercise room, very dirty carpet throughout, toilet in our room had seal falling off, the tv was horrible and no good channels, the sofa was stained, the fridge was not cold

The queen size mattress was put on a king size frame with sharp metal extensions sticking out beyond the mattress. These were dangerous and I cut my leg on one.

There was no shuttle service back and forth to the airport.

No complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, only 2 towels for use, carpet was filthy, had to wear shoes to keep all the years and years of grime from getting on my feet, the hotel was in disrepair, saw duck tape holding up a panel

Door to my hotel room slammed shut hard and it seemed to be an issue with other rooms as I heard a lot of loud slamming doors throughout my stay

The pictures online were extremely misleading. There were no lamps in the room, just a dim light strip above the bed. Outdated and creepy. The smell of skunky weed permeated the room. We couldn't stay there. Checked out after our concert. Terrible!!

The snow wasn't cleared in the parking lot, enough next to the curb and on sidewalk to have to walk through. The heating unit in the room didn't work for crap, it was cold in there. The water wasn't that hot in the shower. 0 out of 5 stars

In the room I stayed in the mattress for the bed was stained with blood and feces, I took pictures for the health department due to this is a Bio-Hazard situation. I can forward those pictures to you. The trash cans in the hallways full of trash for days
