This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Europe, it's absolutely perfect in every way. The room was clean and cozy, the beds are very comfortable, especially after a long day of hike. We booked with the half-board meal and didn't espect it was four courses every day, all absolutely fantastic. My partner and friends asked for vegan and vegetarian options, and the chefs accommodated us beautifully every time. Samantha (I hope I spelled that right!) was amazing — so passionate about making sure our food was right every single day. Staying at Dolomiti Hotel Cozzio was such a pleasure, and I'd absolutely come back and bring family and friends next time. I can't thank the team enough for their service and kindness. Nothing, it's perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, hotel is beautiful, good location, restaurant food was good etc etc. One room was advertised and given to us as a “newly renovated” room, but it wasn’t complete. Shutters were not on the windows still, and work was actively ongoing during the stay without any heads up.. New furniture was being added when we were gone and we found the TV on when returning to the room.. not ideal. The management was extremely dismissive of the concerns we raised about the unfinished room, and insisted that he was doing us a huge favor by giving us this “beautiful” new room. Unfortunately, beauty isn’t everything. If room construction isn’t complete, either offer a discounted rate or simply don’t sell the room. Or a heads up at the very least would’ve been appreciated, instead of the false advertising. Being greedy just to maximize occupancy isn’t tolerable in a high end place like Madonna di Campiglio. A bottle of wine was all that was offered as compensation for the issues we had (to a pregnant woman nonetheless). List of other random issues we had: - [ ] No working high chair with safety straps for baby - [ ] Card reader stopped working twice - [ ] Sink was leaking - [ ] No fridge in the room - [ ] Light wouldn’t turn off - [ ] Parking situation challenging

Very simple, old design, not that clean. It was pretty noisy, because you can hear the neighbors in the evening

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Cold water in the pool, not enjoyable after skiing.

Location is perfect for the ski lifts Pool was cold

The dinner was excellent. The staff in the dining room were truly well above par. They explained all the dishes, described the wine enthusiastically and looked after us as if we were VIPs. Really lovely experience. The pool was a bit chilly for autumn. I was expecting a heated pool but it was really too cold.

Really nice and centrally located. Room was big. Sauna and pool were nice. Breakfast food was basic. Dinner food was ok. Car parking was a bit of a nightmare.

Excellent location and very clean

We booked the apartment option (building next to hotel) for the added separated space with a kiddo. It was a touch dated but that was expected, as all the pics were accurate. This trade off was totally worth it for us. Room and entire hotel was super clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool and other amenities were great. Staff was wonderful. Overall, extremely happy with the experience. The apartment over looked a ski run but looked like major construction starting between apartment and the ski run. It was a building size concrete hole, so not attractive currently. There was no construction ongoing while we were there but could be an issue moving forward, either noise and/or the view being blocked.

Hotel is very decent and it is definitely great value for money. - Parking in the garage - Hot water in the pool/spa - Ski room is good - Hotel is on the slope and just 100m from the center - Spacious room - Specialities for dinner, like deer burger etc. - Breakfast buffet can be better, it is really basic - Personnel in the restaurant is not so good with the English and you have to ask for everything. For instance, coffee is available for the breakfast, but not as a self-service. We always had to ask for it, while Italian guests were always asked for a coffee.

Just a five-minute-walk from a ski lift. Apartment is roomy and quite. You can spend afternoon on the sunny terrace or You can walk to the hotel building to swim in the swimming-pool. Sofa in the living room must be changed. It's very uncomfortable and old.
