Everything was great! The location, views and staff :) Breakfast - we were visiting off season and the choice was poor, the croissants were dry :(

Very nice wellness centre. Courteous service. Parking space available. The new rooms look cliché beige. We opted for the old one (with wood, bright colours, more character – it's the one we originally chose on booking so not sure why we were given a different one, with no sofa).

A nice room with mountain view, conveniently located to town. The hotel had recently renovated a nice mix of traditional and modern. Helpful staff. Carpets in the stairwell were stained. Probably due to it being late in the season but the bar area was locked and unavailable after about 8pm.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was really very nice. The location of the hotel is central and close to the cable cars (200-300m). Free parking is reserved outside. The spa has two saunas and a swimming pool. I recommend it.

The hotel was conveniently located and the shuttle service to the lofts really made the everyone’s experience that much nicer, especially with younger children. We had no complaints about the property.

Very fresh and newly updated hotel! Situated very close to the center. It was very a very comfortable and with nice big beds. Good value for your money. When you book the hotel it is not really clear that you might stay in an other connected building that is an older newly renovated part of the hotel. Also the morning breakfast staff was a little young and unexperienced to the service level this hotel should have.
