It was very social at public space so easy to connect people. And staff were so friendly and helpful. Kitchen was also useful!

The staff David and Alex were amazing. The cleaning staff were friendly too. The facilities were OK but nothing special. I liked the location it was near a subway station and near shops like supermarkets. Staff addressed concerns appropriately. During my stay here, I was very disappointed. The hostel is a party hostel and not one for older people looking for normal accommodations or for families. I think this hostel is perfect for people who want to specifically party. I also got my shoes stolen here from a locked room. The work room was used as a meeting room for staff in the mornings which was very awkward for those of us using it as it was a loud verbal meeting. The bathrooms are old and some have mold and I noticed one that did not have a lock on it which I addressed with the staff. This is not a hostel for a longer stay.

Hostel grande e bem estruturado. O publico é muito jovem, ou seja, muita festa e muita bagunça (depende se vc gosta ou nao). Sempre esta muito lotado porque é um ótimo hostel. A cozinha realmente é pequena pra quant. de pessoas que usam.

The staff were great and the facilities were generally very good as well. I stayed in both a private room and a dorm and both times everything has been comfortable and clean. A shelf or slmething under the charging points would be great and our lockers weren't close to our beds.
