Nothing. 3 floor without lift. Strong smell of bleach and amoniac inside the room. cockroaches and insects al over. Had leave the property as wasn’t given a solution.

Staff was helpful and available through the night; easy to find and enter the hostel; price matched value of room - simple accommodation but comfortable beds and clean room. Had to pay 2 euros to store my luggage for a few hours and staff didn’t have change.

Close to a coffee which was noisy. And a bathroom in the floor don’t have hot water.

Kao što su ljudi već pisali u komentarima tanki su zidovi pa se sve živo čuje. Soba je bila čista ali ćebad bi mogli da operu jer ko zna kada su oprana. Ako starije osobe dolaze obavezno da traže prvi ili drugi sprat jer nema lifta a zgrada ima 4 sprata plus visoko prizemlje tj. 5 spratova. Soba 404 u kojoj sam bio nema klimu nego ventilator na plafonu koji ne radi, nama nije trebao ali leti ne znam kako je bez klime...

It was clean, everything worked correctly and there is somebody at the reception 24h. The location is very good as well, very close to metro station. I have problems with my back and I found the bed mattress to soft. There is no lift and stairs are very narrow (important in case you have a big heavy suitcase).

The room was very clean, the entire shared space was clean too. The room service took care to clean everyday. The localization was great, close to metro and the civic center of Madrid.

The location. The price. The ease of check in. You pay for what you get, so wasn't really expecting the Hilton. İt suited our needs for two nights. The room was on the 4th floor, which in reality was the 6th floor. Luckily we didn't have heavy luggage, but no elevator, all stairs. No sound proofing throughout the building. You can hear every coming and going up and down the stairs. Plus no hot water the first morning. Tried to explain to the unhelpful receptionist. No real interest or care. Bag storage comes at a price. 2 euros.
