The location is beyond great, metro and bus stops around the corner, walking distance from a variety of restaurants, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. There’s nothing not to like. It’s exceeds expectations for a 3-star hotel.

Perfect locaiton (1 minute from metro station) Quiet, very clean. Super polite and nice staff. Got attic room with sloped ceiling and a tiny window in the ceiling. When I was booking, room pictures were normal rooms with a normal window with a view. Yes, out of 10+ pictures, one photo was of my exact attic room - but all others were of completely different rooms, and I didn't notice during booking. This is deceptive. I wouldn't book this if I knew room type in advance. I'm not even tall but I bumped my head on the ceiling several times.

you got a metro and bus stations near the hostel. a lot of options to eat. and the staff was always attentive to our needs. the rooms could have more light. mine got a broken bed light.

I liked everything

The location is definately the biggest plus. It is right near Cuatro Caminos metro and has a direct connection to the city centre. It wasn't the biggest room but for the location and price acceptable. The room was very clean. The bathroom door did not close properly, and showering pretty much turned your bathroom into a pool. Sound isolation was pretty bad and we could literally hear the neighbours talking. Worst of all though was the bed, literally one of the worst beds I ever slept in. Uncomfortable, no support, any movement bounces your partner off the bed, can feel the springs of the bed. Wouldn't come here again.

Clean and nice bed,so comfortable to take a rest. There’s no spoon or fork to use in mixing the coffee or tea inside the room..

Everything else The beds were too short, I’m 190 cm and my feet were haning out at the bottom.

Very nice staff. The beds were particularly comfortable and the room was spotless clean. There was nothing I didn't like.

The property is so clean , the staff is so accommodating and the location is Near to the city and easy to access

Not too far from Nuevos Ministerios metro Station Too short , only one night stay , I needed to leave at 06:30 AM . I don’t have much to say.

The bed is wide and comfortable, and curtains create dark, ensuring a good sleep. Desk is basic, though sufficient for working at your PC. The bathroom is sufficient. Hot water and it remains hot for a long time, you can relax. The reception is available 24/7. There is a nice dining area in the hall, used for breakfasts in the morning, with books, water, and - surprisingly for us - a kettle, which can be used by any guest. Also, there is another area with a kettle, microwave, and coffee machine available for the guests. They also said we could put something to a refrigerator in that area per our request. The design is tidy, and overall, it looks better than you can expect from a 3-star accommodation. The neighborhood is fine. There are a lot of supermarkets just round the corner, metro just 2-3 minutes away walking, Cercainas trains around 10 minutes away. A shopping area is close, with Zara and other similar shops. Canal Isabel is close. Overall, it is close to the beautiful part of Madrid - the north. The wi-fi is slower than expected and works with interruptions. Bedsight lights are too bright, not relaxing. The wind from the air conditioner is a bit too strong (we could not configure it).

Location only! Too pricey for the room!! Front desk lady very rude!! I would not go back. In fact, I don’t recommend it. The faucet and shower plumbing didn’t work! The ac worked for an hour then it was gone! Very disappointing hostel!!
