This charming hotel has a cinema called Miró Cinema, a library for literature lovers, and a barre bar in the gym. Our thermal pool with sauna is a true oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling city of Madrid. An beautiful place to take a break and relax your mind and body, surrounded by creativity. Great location, amazing gym and sauna/steam room and pool. The library space is great to chill or work. Staff was polite and rooms were nice. Good cost benefit. Check in and check out were smooth. It’s a bit bigger than I expected. The breakfast rush was confusing, only one guy seemed to really know what he was going; he was in charge of coffee most days and the day he wasn’t there it was chaos.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and decent location. Breakfast was nice: choice of one menu item (good quality) and buffet. The breakfast buffet was good, but not "excellent". The rooms, although very small, were clean and well maintained. The rooms are VERY small. We had read this from previous reviews, however, despite this we were still surprised with how small they were. There is not even a closet! The spa/pool area is also small and not very "cosy" with passing foot traffic. All in all nice hotel, but overpriced for what you get. The quality of the restaurant could also improve (although it was not bad, but again not good value-for-money).

Gorgeous, elegant, great location, art-infused The thermostat in our room seemed to be set at a fairly warm temperature, we could change it but the limit didn’t allow the room to become cool enough for comfortable sleeping.

Great location, hotel is well appointed, has a pool, and amazing library. The breakfast options were great and a kind staff. There was no air conditioning, only forced air, I called three times to ask about it until the maintenance team came up and explained that the entire hotel is on one system. Also the room on the weekends your can hear the music from the restaurant on the weekends.

Breakfast was included and was outstanding! The breakfast room was elegant and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was a wide variety of options from pastries, to fresh fruits and hot items. In addition, each person had the option of ordering a menu item each day. For me it was particularly important that they provided gluten free and lactose free options.

Unfortunately, minuses overweighted anything which could be potentially good... Thar was the biggest disappointment: everything started with the check-in when I was offered a three months in advance booked rooms on the different floors with the kids. After they provided the "substitute" it turned out to be a tiny room opposite to the elevator and my bed was literally in the steps of the elevator door (noise was magnificent). After requesting a compensation for such downgrade I was said it was an upgrade to my junior suite (they made FREE OF CHARGE.- hilarious). In the bar, we were refused to get served food (the kitchen was closed, sort of). But a lady who came later still was served food. We tried to address everything but did not get neither the proper explanation nor the compensation. Totally NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was really noisy because every morning, from 5 to 6 am, there was a very loud noise coming from the room above us, it woke us up suddenly forcing us to get up because it was impossible to continue sleeping.

It felt clean and fresh. I liked the room. It had noise issues with the air conditioning. It was odd having the sink open just outside the toilet. I was worried to get water on the wood floor.
