Very comfortable.common area, very cleam shoerrs and clean kitchen. Its across the road from the metro and easy to find. Space between the beds are to narrow

Very clean and it is across the road from the metro. Nice kitchen and common area. Good place to meet new people. Good lockers 24 hour reception felt safe too. The space between the bunk beds is very narrow they need at least 12 more inches .

The wall was very light and I could listen a lot of noise.

It's just in a central location. I stayed in a room for 16 people. The hotel only accepts cash, and the only payment taken through Booking.com is the deposit. The room was dark. The hotel's location is central. People were constantly coming and going from the room at all hours; it was noisy. The beds weren't very comfortable. The window in the room was covered by the hotel management, but people were still using strong perfume, making the room very stuffy. I wouldn't recommend it to people with respiratory problems. I didn't like it and wouldn't recommend it.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The beds are very unstable and being bunkbeds, if the other person moves, the whole bed is shaking and wakes you up. Impossible to get good sleep.

The room was not ventilated at all, there is no ventilation with 12 persons in the room. Property was not cleen

The location Literally do not book this hostel if you are a woman. There are no locks in anywhere, everyone can just go and take a look around. The common area is the entrance and where the lockers are, so every time you cross creepy grown up dudes stare at you. There was a drunk man who did not move at all by the time we stayed there, who just sat across the women’s bathroom. The rooms do not have ventilation and they smell terrible. Felt awful during my stay, and would not recommend.

They don't accept card if you need to pay there. They don't provide towels for the restrooms.

they try to keep the hostel clean 24/7, especially one guy who only speaks portugese works really hard :) LOCATION is incredible!!! Room has weird smell, they should have had a better air conditioner system i think. And also the rooms are a little bit small for 8-10 people unfortunately. And some workers don’t know any english, that’s weird as well.

The hostel is close to a metro station not far from city center. The staff were nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are not cleaned well. There's a constant smell of sewage throughout the hostel. There's also no hooks to hang your stuff or clothes in the bathrooms and showers, and the showers have no privacy. I decided not to shower the one night I was here. The kitchen area is similarly dirty and unmaintained. Although the rooms don't have many beds in them, the neighboring room was separated by nothing but a cloth so you could perfectly hear (and smell) everything going on in there. The rooms also have no ventilation besides that one cloth which leads to another smelly room.
