Good location Rooms and pool area need a lot of maintenance, pool was not clean. Left some expensive belongings in the room and was told they were not there.

It was in a good location and the staff were very accommodating. The pool area was lovely but we were surrounded by smokers which was a bit unpleasant so we didn't stay for long and didn't use the pool area the following day.

My necklace was stolen from my room during my stay. I explicitly asked for my room not to be cleaned or entered, but my wishes were ignored and the room was cleaned anyway. After this clean I returned to my room and my necklace was no longer there.

Location and staff I had problems closing my bedroom door as it did not close easily.

Diego was absolutely brilliant, he gave us a free upgrade and was very attentive during our stay. The Sky bar staff were fantastic and very accommodating too. A safe space for queers in the heart of Madrid! Nothing, everything was great.

Stuff was friendly, room service worked perfectly. I really love location of the hotel, by foot anywhere in the city center just 5-15 minutes. Rooftop bar has good value of money. Breakfast was delicious instead one small thing. Unfortunately our door was opening tight. Stuff was good and friendly but they didnt fix our problem with the door and didnt give as another room. Breakfast was good, but i didnt like that it was no vegetables at all. Pool was too small, on pictures it was bigger. So thats the reason why 8 of 10.

Roof top pool was a good size for central Madrid. Amazing location, very central and close to many good bars and restaurants. Sky bar by the pool could have opened a little earlier.

Room was amazing. The air condtioning was not great - but - in fairness, it was 103 degrees in Madrid.
