The receptionists were amazing. The location is in the heart of the center of Madrid - very mobile location both for walking to the major attractions and to the Metro. The AC was turned on the whole time and was blowing at me after I came back at night and took a shower.

Toilets were not clean at all. It is the responsibility of people who stay to keep it clean and tidy. Very disappointing.

We liked everything about the accommodation: location, room, staff, how clean everything was. I would definetly stay there again :) Nothing to add.

Price, location, 24 hour check in, friendly staff, pretty comfortable beds, a/c, great for a last minute accommodation. The bathroom is very humid, it should have better ventilation and/or prop the door open a few hours a day to let it air out. We stayed two separate nights a week apart and both times heard puking in the night. One morning my husband found a man passed out in the bathroom in a puddle of his own vomit. But the staff was immediately on the scene to help and what do you expect. Hostels are mostly for young travelers.
