Clean and the location was great

Room was not correct planned.

Good location and super friendly staff. Couldn’t get the mini fridge to work.

Beautiful building, well-maintained, friendliest staff. I noticed long black hairs on outer bedding usually! They were clean but I suppose it’s hard to notice everything with the turnaround. But very clean otherwise.

Location a plus , walking distance to Plaza Mayor , Plaza del Sol , Gran Via , Atocha street , plenty places to dinner at affordable prices , convenience market to get las minute stuff , Día Supermarket scores the street , I will stay again

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff The room was very small

Rooms are very noisy; there is constant noise, and it’s quite difficult to sleep. The room cleaning is only superficial. Apart from making the bed, changing the towels and taking out the trash, nothing else is done. During the whole week, not even once was the dust cleaned. You could have written your name in the dust on top of the small fridge

Great central location close to everything. The staff are very friendly and responsive. Bed was super comfortable and air conditioning was great. We felt very safe and rebooked for our last night on our way back home. Rooms are super small. There was an air freshener the was plugged in the bathroom and it was an overwhelming perfume. I was sensitive to it so I had to unplug it and wrap it in plastic to be able to tolerate it. Unfortunately my tv and my safe were not working.

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, especially Jenny!! The room was nice, but I expected a better view (Room 25) The pillow was very uncomfortable!! The air conditioner was great and cooled off the room very quickly! The pillow

The location was fantastic. The staff at the reception was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit too small.

Location is good, there was a guy and he was helpful good but cannot say the same for the lady with Russian accent!! Yes Its hostel not otel but pillows were smelling and they use blankets wand it was smelling and dirty. And our room is next entrance and all night the people were in and out, and they were speaking loudly like on the street.

Location was very convenient and central, room was almost everything that you would expect from a Hostal - no frills, comfortable but a bit small and very clean Where it was a double 2 guests, the room was small but ok but for a triple occupancy the room was too small. Bathroom was also too small in triple occupancy and no place to keep any luggage

The hotel check-out is at 11:30. I went out to have breakfast and got lost two blocks and arrived at the hotel at 11:39. The young lady at the front desk told me off and had already called me twice on WhatsApp (but I didn't have internet on the street). Wow, it was just a few minutes that were unfriendly. Although it must be orders from the hotel. So if you don't want to be reprimanded, leave right at 11:30 am
