Excellent hotel in every aspect. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was very good between the Prado and Plaza Mayor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was quite adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very ordinary. There was no tissue. The bathroom door latch was broken.

Love the location, breakfast, gym facilities access, cordial staff and clean, nice looking facilities. Many places to eat around (loved Giodella’s gelato) and very close to metro station. The only thing I didn’t like is the construction noise that starts from 8am.

The location was awesome. The staff were really helpful and it was very clean. We had breakfast provided as well which was convenient. Nice shower with super hot water! We stayed for four nights and The bed was very very hard and I woke up each morning with my neck and back aching from the hard bed and flat pillows. The breakfast was convenient, it wasn’t anything special but it was a nice option! The heater didn’t work, so the room was pretty cold since it was pouring in March, but at night the place warmed up so much we opened a window so it wasn’t too big of an issue.

Rooms are clean and comfy I moved rooms because the mobile signal wouldn’t catch, and in the second room water was coming out with a strong paint smell
