Location is impeccable! Quick trip and I did everything by foot!! Really easy to access with their instructions and the building itself was so cool. I recommend it! Especially if you are traveling alone or want a private room with a balcony. 20 min from Airport! A win! The pillow was a little rough & the trash was never emptied it smelled bad. WiFi was dodgy

Not to big of a room, but it was expected. Best location in town. Not so confortable bed. Big and confortable bathroom. No cleaning and sheet/towel changing. Loud and sometimes unconfrotable sounds from the pipes, washing machines, showers, etc (bad during the night and in the morning). Nice and well equiped shared kitchen. Kind and infomative WhatsApp info center. All in all, okay if you don't plan to spend to much time in the room.

The location is perfect. You’re gonna be close to the center. There is a supermarket downstairs. The are stores nearby, coffee shop and everything you need is close by. The property is very small but is enough for just sleeping. Location.

The hostal is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Good value for money— definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, the only positive aspect was the location. The room was the cheapest one during the week we were planning to be in Madrid. It was close to everywhere (Plaza de Sol and Estacion de Atocha, for example) and easily accessible by foot. Daily room service was "not free". I did not check this when making the reservation, as I always do. When we got there, although we got there after check-in time, the room was not ready and was not cleaned properly. We stayed there for one week, and they asked for 25 euros per day for this service. It was super expensive for that improper cleaning service, and if I had known that, I would have chosen a different hotel with this service included. I believe this was a trap, and Booking should show this information clearly. The check-in process was good, but I sought to see somebody in the hotel. This is not a hotel. It's an old building apartment, and they separated it into rooms. This is why it's uncomfortable and noisy. The AC did not work. When I informed them that the AC was not working in heat mode, they said, "You need to turn it on". It was like, "Are you stupid?". I tried explaining that I couldn't turn it to heat mode. Anyways...

We did like the fact it was clean, and location is perfect. The main problem was with the thermostat. Apparently they don’t want to spend money for electricity, so they set up automatic temperature for 16 degrees. They tried to convince us that we didn’t set up it right but after they came and “fixed” there were no result. It was not comfortable to stay and sleep coz of cold in the room. As well the bed is very small even for 2 tiny ladies. And it made annoying sounds when you want to change the side to sleep.

The location was great, and the contact person was helpful with vey clear instructions for sef check in. Room was clean when we arrived. It's okay for shorter stays. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and we didn’t receive clean towels. While I assume we could have asked for them, that’s usually something that’s included. The room itself is very small, including the bed and bathroom shower, which might not be convenient for larger individuals.

It was right at the heart of center. The 3-way lock system felt safe. The building was a mixture of old and new, which I like. Cleaning was extra and they only provided one pair of towels for a 3-night stay. I had to use the same towel everyday. They only texted before check-in and check-out. During my stay, they didn’t ask if I needed something. Also, the rooms are smaller than they seem in the pictures. The wash basin is too smallfor people who are tall and wide. Even with an average size man like me, it was hard to use it.

Great location, restaurants, stores and everything is so close, i feel very safe

It’s well located in the city center. The room was very clean but a little small. The bathroom is adapted for wheelchair users, so it takes a lot of space from the room, but I liked that they thought about wheelchair users. The property owners always answered promptly by WhatsApp. This was very helpful. Entry doors are all by number code, so no worries about keys. There was nothing I disliked.

    1. I did not request it, but was promised an early check in. Despite this I arrived at the normal check in time of 3pm. The room had not been touched since the previous guest checked out, with dirty sheets and rubbish on the bedroom floor and bathroom. There were no staff available and the cleaning team arrived 20 minutes later. They only started cleaning the room when they realised that I was a new guest waiting to check in. 2. The room is accesed by a digital code lock outside the door. Once inside the room there is no possibility to lock the door. As a solo traveller I would have preferred the additional security of being able to lock the door from the inside especially at night. 3. During the day and night it is possible to hear each clearly each time other guests enter and leave the apartment, the doors are loud and the walls are thin.

The location was very good The room is too small, you barely have a place to take a shower, the bed was very dirty and there was a bad smell the whole week that sometimes we were not able to sleep
