Staff were very accommodating. Our room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable that I slept all through the night. And the location is just perfect as it is near all the places we visited. Nothing.

Location, staff, pool all very good. Glass bathroom doors in our bedroom- it’s see through! Darkness of the corridors. It is a midnight blue with black metal bannisters which coming out of bright light is not good. I bumped into the bannisters at the bottom of the stairs and bruised my arm badly.

I had a wonderful time at Cool Rooms Palacio Atocha.The staff is super nice, super helpful, very attentive to our needs.The junior suite is really big and comfortable, the bed , the shower, every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Perfection!Thanks a lot for everything.I will be back! Absolutely nothing!
