We loved the size of the room with an additional sitting area. The kitchenette was great with a coffee pot, full size refrigerator and sink. There were ceiling fans which kept the room cool and the air moving. The balcony was nice and we would have enjoyed that in the fall when the temperatures were not so hot (July)!! The staff were very responsive to our needs. Short walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Short walk to the metro, and easy to navigate into town!! nothing - everything was great!

Loved the apartment - different than a normal hotel. This place has a mini kitchen, separate sitting area, balcony, and large bedroom. Breakfast is offered for a fee and is located on the ground floor with an outdoor sitting area. Very nice - I would recommend this "hotel". Very close to the metro for easy travel to the city center! Everything was spectacular! No dislikes!

Everything was great! The room was very comfortable and had a ceiling fan and excellent insulation, which kept it pleasantly cool even though it was 40°C outside. The shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I was also impressed by the soundproofing, I couldn’t hear any neighbors or street noise. Thank you!❤️

I love the comfortable bed and the mattress, I love that there’s a washing machine however there could be a top loaded dryer as well just to let you know thank God that the temperature was warm so I put my clothes on a drying rack and let it dry overnight outside in the patio. I love the fact that there was a kitchen with fully loaded with everything and there was a coffee maker, etc.. I didn’t like that there was no spa availability, and the timing was not right. When I came a little later in the evening, I did not like the pool arrangement, and the fact that there was no food later in the evening available. I did not try the vending machines. There should be some snack for people that come later in the evening perhaps but otherwise things are OK.

Staff was v friendly, kitchen well equipped and spa was lush. The views to the highway and the noise in the night

Had a washing machine in the unit for clothes, breakfast was ok. Close to metro but far from tourist areas. Location

Comfortable accommodation, loved having the balcony and the fridge. Good location for Caja Magica, just a 20 min walk, and lots bars & restaurants in vicinity. Balcony furniture not great and glass was filthy, not sure it had ever been cleaned. Not a lover of the open bathroom idea.
