Nice interior, friendly staff, excellent location. Check-in took a bit long, some details in the room were sub-par, esp. given that interior aesthetics were one of key reasons we booked this hotel (half-broken towel hanger, sloppy wall paint work fixes, carpet below used to be nice until it lost its colors).

Professional staff, very helpful, attentive and polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean linens and towels. Good- sized room. Difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower area. Staff failed to top off the shower gel container, also missed replacing the empty facial tissue box.

Beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums, as well as shopping and Plaza Mejor. Felt very safe and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. NA

We stayed there with my two daughters in rooms with balcony with our private foyer. It felt exclusive. Loved everything about the hotel. Very helpful staff. The restaurant had amazing food and wine as well Nothing

The location was great and very central. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was one of the best and most comfortable we have stayed in. The bed and pillows exceptional and wonderful Guerlain toiletries. We ate in the restaurant one night which was good. Would definitely go back! Nothing

Very nice hotel in Madrid Center near Parlament, very close to Prado Museum and Plaza Mayor. The stuff is doing very good to be helpful to guests. Property after renovation.

I loved the vibe of the hotel, it felt like a boutique hotel almost. Very non-commercial. The room was very spacious and the service was really good. The hotel was in a quiet area, however, it was 5 minutes away from the hustle & bustle of central Madrid which made it the best of both worlds. Nothing of note to be honest.
