El hotel estaba muy cómodo tenía un buen aire acondicionado que se agradece mucho en los tiempos calurosos en Madrid. Muy buena seguridad, hay que introducir 3 códigos para acceder al hotel por lo que se siente muy seguro. La locación es muy buena solo cruzando la calle está uno en el Barrio de las Letras y a 10 minutos de la plaza Mayor. También se puede caminar cómodamente a la Gran Vía y está muy cerca del Museo del Prado.

Fantastic location from which to explore the city on foot. Owners are extremely responsive via WhatsApp. Powerful air conditioning, block out window shades, great K cup coffee in room, spacious shower, different pillows to choose from, and fridge with complementary water. Needed three codes to get into the room.

It was a little confusing for taxi drivers. We found that calling them from across the street was more convenient.

The young man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Almost all the “big” sights and such are a short walk away. Cheap tapas place right next door. Great air conditioning. Clean and a good value for the great location. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. Room is small but we knew that, and the location and price made up for small room. Reception is on the 8th floor. Our room was on the 6th floor. You need 3 codes. One for the door going into the building. One for the door to where the rooms are located and one to your room, so be sure and get information before you arrive, because if you just “show up” there like we did… it took bit to figure out where to go. The door man told us the wrong floor, the housekeepers spoke no English…. BUT… we eventually got it all worked out fine in the end. Just be aware of this and contact the hotel ahead of time.

This was a unique property since it was in a classic building with other hostels. My room was small, but nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. The highlight is that it’s in the heart of the palace area and just a quick walk to the botanical gardens, Gran Villa, and the museums. N/A

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is located in a lovely neighborhood right off of Paseo del Prado- it is a close walk into the city Centre- about 10 minutes. There is lovely cafes right next door which was recommended by Javier in reception. The hotel itself, while small is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you will want or need. The building itself is a lovely building with marble floors and is clean and quiet. It is also very secure which helps you feel safe in the hotel. There is also an elevator as well which is nice not to have to walk up after a long day of travel with your luggage. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again, I was very happy with the room, the service and location. nothing, I was very satisfied.
