Nothing means nothing One of the worst experiencs i’v ever had, very old rooms, smelly, and cannot see anything good there more than the valet parking team. The reception people never ever smiled, the gym is very small and even the pair of dumbbells is not there. Worst thing ever the dirty carpets and the washrooms.

We stayed for 4 nights, very memorable experience, we loved every moment of it! Great location, charming building and really nice rooms, but the great staff members are what makes this a truly special place! whomever is responsible for selecting, managing and training those staff is doing one heck of a job! I wish I knew all their names to post them here, but all the ladies and gents we dealt with from reception to concierge and room service were very welcoming, caring, attentive and respectful. Thank You All! Nothing

room clean and tidy. Room service and laundry are on time. The check-in queue was long; it took more than 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet was a big mess, with a lack of variety in food and unclean cutlery. Also, some staff have an arrogant attitude.

Staff, Location and Architecture! Honestly everything about this hotel is perfect! Exceptional architecture, decor, and furniture! The staff is incredible, so warming and cooperative, they didn’t let anything slip away regards our requests, so grateful for them! Nothing.

Very nice & elegant hotel, all the rooms were elegantly remodeled. It has a beautiful atrium. The location is awesome. Very comfortable beds. Service was a bit slow.
