Great location right in the middle of Chueca. Really easy for walking and public transportation, clean room, comfortable bed. I really appreciated that they had a fridge at reception where I could store my temperature-sensitive medication as well! A little over-priced for how basic the room was

Loved the location and the facilities! Everything was very convenient — from the smooth check-in process to the overall

Location Close to Metro and all sights Staff was nice No shower curtain No plastic glass for water
-
Everything, the service was truly splendid

Very central, convenient, close to all types of restaurants. There is no reception area per say as in a hotel (This is really a hostel set up, but the young lady who worked at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. Depends on what rooms you’re in, my room was next to an air conditioning unit! When it was running you can hear the humming of the engine. Walls are not exactly thick, you can hear the neighbors in the room next door, if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Our door key stopped working a few times and once a staff member had to take a hammer to physically slam the door open.

I really liked this hostel. Its simple, but clean and fairly renovated. The location is excellent, right on a shopping street with plenty of great shops and restaurants, super centric. The room was comfortable and there the beds / pillows etc. I recommend this hostel for a short stay in Madrid! Nothing, it was all perfect

Bed sheets had visible stains. The stains were on the visible portion of the sheet which hangs over the blanket.

The staff was really friendly. Super helpful they make everything really easy

Size of the bathroom was a bit small for me, being someone who is a little bit bigger than average. Shower water can fill up and flood through the doors a little bit also, making bathroom very wet.

Location was superb! I hadn't realised it was 3 single beds, communication with hostel was very slow, couldn't get clear directions on how to get in at night, there was no staff available to let me in upon late arrival.
-
Location was great and everything was clean. As I was arriving very late from the airport, communication was good re check in situation Not most comfortable bed but not the worst either
