Perfect location and cleanliness; responsive to call taxi No hair dryer, iron, only 1 glass, very small place, not able to open medium suitcase. Checkin took long even though I checked in on line.

Economical and no frills, just a clean and convenient place to rest your head. A good spot for a one-night stay. Easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping in Malasaña & Chueca. Good shower pressure. Front desk was helpful in getting our luggage stowed while we waited for our room to be ready. Bed was uncomfortable and walls are thin. Not a huge concern for the price, just worth noting!

No refrigerator, only paid coffee machine available. Bed was a little hard and shower was very small.

Location was great: close to Metro and buses. Plus, community was not the usual; great restaurant and grocery stores.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, yet not on the main street, which means it’s not too noisy. The rooms are clean, tidy, and new, and the bathroom as well - exceptionally well arranged and spotless. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. The sound insulation is weaker, so guests from other rooms can be heard quite clearly, but it definitely didn’t spoil the stay.

I wasn’t sure what to expect here, but I enjoyed a great night’s rest in this place. The front desk was helpful, the room was very clean, and I had everything I needed inside. The location is very central. All this came at an excellent price, too. There was basically no view, which isn’t a big deal except that it makes it harder to wake up because you can’t really see the sky. During the day, there was some noise coming from the computer room, but it stopped at night.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk straight into the city centre, close to restaurants, attractions, and all the fun. when we arrived, the toilet had a sticker indicating it had been cleaned, but it clearly hadn’t been. This was the first time in my life I saw this at a hotel. The bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable

The location was excellent, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. In fact I ran out of toothpaste and a couple things there was a shop directly across the street. It was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation, I was grateful for the room. The price. Seriously. I know it was a last minute booking, but it was a very basic hotel room for backpackers and it was a whooping 340 euros. I would assume if you have an unsold room, towards the end of the evening, it would be a discounted rate. As there is no human way that room could possibly be that much under normal circumstance.

It was a terrible experience that I will never repeat. The hotel’s location was bad, the beds and bathroom were uncomfortable, and even the entrance was awful — it really ruined my trip.
