For my taste, the room was tiny with very little room to move. I guess that’s how an hostel works different from a regular hotel. The a/c didnt work and they couldnt fix the problem but offered an equivalent solution that worked ok, not great. The most important thing for me was location and cleanliness and both were very satisfactory. I wish they could have moved me to another room since the a/c didnt work on mine, but I understand the property was full and there was no alternative according to them.

The property was clean and quiet. The price was very affordable.

The room and shower very small. The room not comfortable for two people and no elevator.

Location could not be beat. Close to the main road in Madrid, easy walk, and in a quieter area. The room was small by American standards, but got the job done and was clean. Bathroom was pleasant. There was a slight smell in the room. Probably from it being an old building.

Location is excellent. It is literally two blocks from Gran Via I booked what was called a junior suite. The room has very poor air circulation. It only has a small window leading to the interior courtyard. The smell of food from the other units creeped into the room at all times. It is loud at night until late and the hallway and staircases are dark at all times. It is a regular apartment unit that has been subdivided into 3 or 4 separate rooms. There is no elevator either.

The lady who checked us in was incredibly helpful and friendly, it was the perfect start to our European vacation. She told us her name, but unfortunately I can’t remember it right now ?. She’s truly a great asset to the hotel. The location is also excellent for the price!

the beds were slightly uncomfortable and the bedding was thin. that is my only complaint, everything else was very nice

The staff is very polite and helpful. Bathroom is too small.

Location an cleanning Nothing

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. It was very difficult to adjust the hot water in the shower. Also on our last night, we couldn’t put our baby to sleep because another guest was listening to very loud music and shouting. The walls are very thin, so we could hear everything from the next room.
