Very nice and great location. Clean and good size room.

That it had twin beds and a nice tiled bathroom that was kept up well. Had a microwave and hot water pot in a clean kitchenette. The location was noisy and graffiti in the walls across the street. We had no instructions on how to get in and where to go. We called the number and much difficulty trying to understand what he was saying. Had to ask a pedestrian to speak to him for us. They helped, but shook their head as it should have been easier to get in. Not clean or maintained entryway with plaster falling off the walls. The small fridge was full, unsure how long all the bags of food was in there.

The location is perfect for explorting the city. The room was very clean and neat, and had all the amenities needed for the stay. Room was cleaned every day. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, value, location is awesome in the heart of the Arts District. So many venues, restaurants, etc. to choose from. A great breakfast place, a sort 5-minute walk away. Grocery stores and fruit vendors close by as well. I recommend that they consider getting a rubber mat for inside the tub to avoid people slipping. High step to get leg over and yourself into the tub. I was traveling with my nephew, and he came up with the idea of wetting a small towel in the tub to keep from slipping. You may want to bring your own mat. At 74 it is still a pain in the butt getting into the tub to shower. Unless you're an invalid the inconvenience is well worth the trade-off for value, cleanliness, friendliness, and location.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Great value. Awesome breakfast restaurant 5 minute walk. Area very walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, Prado Museum (must see/ hope I am spelling correctly), enormous park with peacocks & activities, blues club, Naval Museum. So much to do in walking distance. Basically in the heart of the arts district. Take a bus tour. Could be a bit noisy when several bars close, one early morning especially). Not Tokio's fault. The bathroom tub/shower was a bit difficult to get in (have to lift leg a bit high). It is what it is. One suggestion would be to have a rubber mat that can be put in tub to avoid slippage. We used small towel in tub, wet it, and it did the trick.

This isn’t the Marriott—and that’s a good thing. It’s a solid room at a great price in a convenient location. Don’t expect to have the thick walls or customer service that you would get at a chain or 4 star hotel, and you’ll be fine. I know some people complained about the nightclub next door, but I felt it was nothing that earplugs couldn’t block out. I had a perfectly nice night of rest here. Bring your Spanish skills or a translation app to the front desk, as the owner does not speak English. For me, that was part of the charm. A couple stray hairs on the bed. It’s basically in an apartment building so manage your expectations in terms of noise. You are going to get some, especially through the door/from the hall.

Good location and price I needed more direction to get in

The staff were super helpful . I arrived early planning to just drop off my luggage, but there was a room available so they allowed me to check in right away. The building has an elevator, even though it's only one flight of stairs the elevator was great for moving my luggage. The room was clean and had everything i needed including a hair dryer. There are little markets near by for all your needs. The bus and metro both have stops near by. Getting access to the building was a bit confusing , but I think that was partly because I was tired.

Nice and clean even it is small but staff are friendly and helpful. A little bit longer than the destination where I have to go there everyday. When I booked it said the distance is 300 -400 m but in fact it is about 1000 m walk longer than expected. ??

It was really clean and looked exactly like the pictures. My room had its own bathroom and toilet. The staff were also kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier than the check in time
