Location was good, it was somehow clean. the only thing was that you could hear a lot of noises, from the other rooms and the phone from reception, also the facility didn't have Flat Iron. We asked to clean the room and change the towels, but they didn't change the pillow cover and one of them was dirty.

I liked everything except a small tv set.

It was a small room but very comfortable. It has everything you need and the price was really good. Location is great, 5 minutes from Gran Via. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help! It's a quite place, i would go again! Towels could be more clean, there were some stains on them. The shower was filling up water, it needs some deep cleaning on the drain and plumbing conditions should be checked. There was an unpleasant smell at times, probably coming from this shower drain.

Very friendly staff and very good location to walk around the city. A lot of good restaurants and bar in the neighborhood. Clean and very nice room.

Hostal Adis location is PERFECT! Really close to the metro and buses stops! Very central and perfect for the ones that want to be close to the Gran Via without paying the absurd they charge there! Very secure area too! The staff is incredibly amazing! Very polite, very helpful and very committed! Inna and Gonzalo are stars! Everything was perfect! Maybe someday, if they have the possibility to arrange late check-outs it would be very appreciated!

Great location. Staff/management were awesome/helpful. Room was nice, quiet, had a cool terrace. Safe. Bathroom was small (door will hit you if youre standing at the sink, wall is right in your face when sitting on toilet). Also there was a small step going into the bathroom that kept surprising me as doesnt stand out so much but maybe thats just a me thing.

It is walking distance to main streets First impression was bad , the streets and surrenders didn’t look good at all , but after our check in and going around our mind change

It is not worth the value considering the standard of the hostel

Very comfortable, clean and has everything needed. Staff is friendly. Located 2 minutes walk from Gran Vía. The streets around the hotel are a bit shady over late night. In addition we had an issue with the strongbox, and some of the workers didn’t know how to help so we had to wait for another one’s turn to solve it.

The quiet, environment, clean, and equipped. The staff were excellent, Ariel was very professional and informative about the area, restaurants and locations. The bed was not that comfortable for my taste, but was good over all.
