The air conditioner didn’t work when I arrived, and they knew it in advance, and pretended it’s a new problem. They didn’t fix it and I stayed in a hot room for 2 days. They didn’t clean my room. Also, I felt attacked by the staff several times. Worst service ever and I will never come back.

The room has window and nice sun coming in the room with good circulation. Very recommended for budget room near Gran Via. It’s close to the station and bus too. Would definitely recommend it. All good

It was an excellent experience. The host was very attentive, the place was very clean, and the location was excellent. I loved it and would definitely return.

Very comfortable, clean and cute room, great location Just a small mirror above the sink in the room and none at all in the bathroom... seemed a bit strange tbh.

the shower curtain is sticking to my body whenever i open the exhaust and shower at the same time, and then when i put the shower curtain out of the tub, the floor will all be wet. Also, on our first night there was a group of people screaming outside, probably drunk and partying.

The location was convenient. It was nicely heated. The elevator was very small the stroller of our baby couldn’t fit and my husband had to carry the stroller down every time we went out.

I loved the location and how clean everything was, the bathroom (shared one) was cleaned consistently and our room had no noise at all from neither outside or inside. I would definitely return The elevator (lyft) size, and that it was after 4 or 5 stairs to get to the elevator .

If you are looking for a hotel to spend the day in Madrid and just sleep and take a shower, it is ideal. The location is very central, the staff is helpful. The location is very central, you can walk everywhere you want. Since it is very central, there is noise from the street in the evening. Since we were tired while walking around, this did not cause any problems for us.

We were surprised that there was no kitchen or at least a commen room. We were traveling with a little baby and needed a place to eat on the first night, while she was sleeping. Therefore we sat on the sofas at the entrance and got bad looks from the owner walking around. We did not feel welcomed :(
