Morar Apartments Malasaña

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the best was the location in Malasaña, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely would stay there again.

Frente a la puerta del hotel en los días q estuvimos había basura, además de 6 a 8 pm en iglesia de frente se entrega comida y eso en la primer dia genera un poco de inseguridad

The only thing that could have been better would have been to have the tv in the bedroom rather than the living room and some kitchen scissors.

The apartment was neat, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The owners took excellent care of us. The neighborhood is not modern. But it has its charm and plenty of vintage and small shops.

This apartment really made our stay in Madrid absolutely incredible! Rodolfo is a great host. We got there before check-in, but we were able to leave our luggage with him. The location is awesome!! It’s close to the heart of Chueca, not far from Gran Via, La puerta del Sol and it’s surrounded by lots of restaurant choices. Check the Pancake House for breakfast and Apartaco for lunch or dinner. It’s a delicious Venezuelan restaurant. The apartment itself is a 10 out of 10. We stayed in the apartment towards the end of June and it was so hot outside, but the air-conditioning in the apartment made everything better as soon as we walked in. The apartment has all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was super clean and the shower had great water pressure. The bedding was comfortable. There is even a blackout shutter, that makes getting a good night sleep easy. There was a beautiful mural painted on one of the walls in the living room. Next time I am in Madrid I will 100% book with this company. Muchas gracias!! Everything was great.

Everything None

Great location and close to everything. Nice layout with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Some of the furniture was looking ragged and in need of reupholstery. Also the street out front could sometimes be too noisy with late night revelers which made it difficult to sleep.

Quiet and central location

Great location. Very friendly host and staff. The apartments are spacious and have all the amenities needed. The host waited for me to check in and communicated throughout to and even waited a little longer after hours because I was running late.

The refrigerator was not cold! No view.

There was no breakfast.

We liked the neighborhood, the vibe, and the location. The washer and dryer did not work well. It absolutely did not dry the clothes. We ended up having to go to the laundromat

The apartment was very comfortable, and the location was convenient to everything, including the Gran Via and numerous restaurants. The host added a personal and welcoming touch by leaving us a note, a bottle of wine, and chocolates, and we were also greeted by the manager shortly after our arrival. Prior to check-in, they coordinated with us to set up a virtual key and app on our mobile devices, making access to both the building and apartment very easy. We also appreciated that the unit was refreshed during the middle of our six-night stay, which was a thoughtful touch. On our next visit to Madrid, we will definitely stay at Morar Apartments Malasaña again.

Easy to get everywhere.

Great location, staff greeted us very enthusiastically and professionally, place was very clean. Beautiful mural was a nice touch. Some small maintenance issues and the flooring needs replacement. Even when showing our children a video walking around they pointed out the large gaps in the laminate floor.

It was clean and the host friendly and enthusiastic to assist in any way.

The location

In my opinion there was a smell in the apartment. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom probably due to fact the shower door did not close fully. Bathroom storage would have been nice. While I am not used to combination washer dryer, I felt the dryer did not dry clothes

Location could not have been better for exploring Madrid. Metro close, but walkable to all key spots of the city. DIA grocery store right next door for staples. Quiet apartment in a lively area and the washer/dryer combo was very helpful for extended stay travelers If I returned to Madrid I would start with this as a top option for my accommodations The only thing I feel I would have to mention is there is a church charity across the street that serves dinner to the disenfranchised-It was not a problem for us and we had no interaction but it is a large crowd that gathers for free dinners

Great location! Super convenient to a lot of things we wanted to do. Very spacious, clean and convenient.
