Clean, location and easy communication.

No proper bedding - only a blanket which was most definitely not washed, and had cigarette burn marks on. Never saw the staff except at checkin. No facilities in the room - no fridge / kettle / glass or cups

Most comfortable bed and pillows I have had during this three month trip. Great towels. No refrigerator or tea pot for a 5 day stay

As a solo traveler Iam totally satisfied as the room is very simple and clean with all basic needs bed and pillows are comfortable and it has a nice small balcony overlooking nice street nearby many groceries ,restaurants and coffee shops It will be much better if they can provide even plastic cup at room

Location near the Prado Museum. The clean room was bright and airy. The hostal was located on a third floor accessible by a small elevator or dark stairwell. Some of the lights located on each landing didn’t work. Smells on the bottom floor were terrible. The room was overpriced.

Spacious room and bathroom with all you need in the perfect location, middle of Barrio de las Letras, this hostel is walking distance to Plaza Mayor and many attractions Due to limited staff, the ckeckin time requires coordination in advance, but it ran smoothly

My room was absolutely beautiful, it was super clean and I had a little balcony that was really nice. And this hotel is in the center of everything, it’s just a few blocks from Prado and the rest of the museums, it’s perfect! There is zero hospitality at this hotel, I barely even got a hello when I checked in. He explained how to use the keys, and that was it, and not in a super nice way. Just seemed like a guy off the street who was explaining it to me. Totally fine, but if you’re expecting hospitality, don’t! But I would stay at this hotel again, regardless of this because everything else was great.

nothing. Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had; small room, no window, no amenities very sparse furnishings, very overpriced at €310. I guess that was a function of the demand for rooms due to the Madrid marathon that weekend, but that meant nothing to me.

Very central location. Handy for sightseeing. Comfortable beds. Extremely noisy location. If I hadn't brought ear plugs I would have had to ask for a quieter room as excessive street noise till 3am every night. No kettle or fridge in room.
