Great location- great staff. Room was great- got a patio unit on 6. Elevator all the way up. Very good AC and wifi. Close to but not on Santa Anna Plaza- so all the benefits and less noise NA

We were in Madrid during very hot weather and this hotel was like an Oasis! It has a brilliant location, triple room is a great size, and it has everything you need. Close by to lots of places to eat and drink and easy walking distance to all the sites and the galleries. Breakfast was perfect- and Mateo at the front desk was so helpful with everyone of our inquiries, a true ambassador for Ibis Styles making our stay a wonderful experience. I have no doubt in recommending this to anyone going to Madrid for the first time. Nothing!
