The staff was very accommodating. Spoke English well and gave a complimentary fruit tray with water to the room. It’s historic and contemporary at the same time. My room was amazing. Located in close proximity to the night life of Calle del Prado.

We went to Madrid to meet some friends and chose this hotel because of the location. We could walk to Chueca, Pl Colon, Atocha to take the train… Sonthe location is prefect. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. We asked if we could leave our bags for a little while after we did the check up and there was no problem at all. Next time I go to Madrid, I’ll go for sure to Catalonia Las Cortes.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The pleasant, professional and helpful staff, the LOCATION, which is in a wonderful neighborhood and within walking distance of all you might want to see (just superb) the generous size of our room and its amenities, the complimentary afternoon snacks (and the dedicated smoking lounge was a plus!) I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Madrid and will also recommend it to all my friends and family. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in many places. This is one perfect little hotel and TBH, it is its fantastic staff that make it so special. I hope the management appreciates them! They're great! Honestly, can't think of a thing!

Service was exceptional. Many thanks to Monica at reception for making our stay special. Best Sangrias we had on our entire trip. Location was perfect with everything within walking distance. When we got tired, taxis were always available and not expensive. Breakfast was quite a spread. Loved this hotel. Leaving.

Everything. Very helpful and accommodating staff, Mariano, Havi, Diego, all staff members whom we dealt with gave us a "welcome home" feeling. They made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We stayed 5 nights all together using this hotel as our base for Spain trip. It's conveniently located near the livery Plaza Santa Ana where many tapa restaurants and cafes are surrounded. Also, it's a walking distance to the Prado, Thyssen museums, and Reina Sofia. None
