The hospitality of the staff Everything was perfect
-
Great location - just a few minutes walk to Gran Via with lots of food and shopping options. Free 24hr access to a coffee machine and water dispenser at the lobby. Can be quite noisy at night (maybe because it's summer), but not unbearable.

Breakfast could be bettet

The location is great, it's few minutes by foot to the Metro and also a walking distance to the city center. Also drinking water and tea / coffee were always available on the ground floor. All the staff members I met were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in process with QR code didn't work and actually took longer time than filling a form by hand. All the facilities and furniture are outdated and worn. The breakfast starts at 7:30, and this is on a weekday, so no chance to attend it for business travellers. So the price of 200+ EUR per night for 1 person is very high for this value.

I did not stay here because the room was old and had walls with possible mold the staff was friendly and then they did not want to refund my money.
-
I loved the location because it was close to everything but also safe and quiet during the nighttime. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was good

About all.
-
Room very basic for a 3-star hotel, quite shabby and worn. Compared to this the price for the night was pretty high.
-
Νο soundproofing
-
Parking was difficult, but they offer parking nearby
-
Room not very cozy with cold light
-
The A/C in the room was not great, very hot. I couldn't sleep well because of how warm it was.

Great value for money Nothing

A little noisy
-
My room was not really well isolated from the noise
-
Even though the hotel is on a small street without any traffic, there were loud noises at night from the street, so I couldn't have the window open at night.

Great location, good costumer service Coffee and breakfast
-
The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and clean. The location was excellent and not on the main street, just two blocks off. Breakfast was just OK, not a lot of choices. It was a bit noisy with truck sounds around 5 in the morning both days. I guess the sanitation or workmen were starting their day. But I put earplugs in and I was fine.

I didn’t have breakfast but no room service and they clean the room twice per stay They don’t clean the rooms, very overpriced for the service i took
